These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and digi28 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at digi28.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

The digi28 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times thereafter when using the Platform. digi28 reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the digi28 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. The Platform is operated under international gaming licensing frameworks and is made available to users in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited to individuals. Malaysian users are reminded that they bear personal responsibility for understanding and complying with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the digi28 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. digi28 recommends the use of a strong, unique password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be attributed to you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify digi28 Support immediately at [email protected]. digi28 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
digi28 is required to verify the identity of Players prior to processing withdrawals and in other circumstances as determined by the Company's compliance obligations. KYC verification requires submission of valid government-issued identification — for Malaysian citizens, this means your MyKad (National Registration Identity Card). Additional documents such as proof of address or payment method verification may be requested at the Company's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account restriction.
The digi28 Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All Account balances, transaction records, and wagering history are denominated in MYR. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs where they fund their Account through methods denominated in other currencies.
digi28 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency options including USDT. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. digi28 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time and to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. digi28 targets the following processing timelines:
These timelines are targets and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, payment provider downtime, or where manual compliance review is required.
Players must not use accounts belonging to third parties to fund their digi28 Account. Payments received from unverified or mismatched sources will be returned and may result in Account suspension. digi28 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit.
Note: digi28 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees. digi28 is not responsible for any third-party charges incurred during payment processing.
All bets and wagers placed on the digi28 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters related to that game.
digi28 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a manifest error has occurred in the odds, lines, or game configuration; (b) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; (c) the outcome has been determined or is otherwise suspect at the time the bet was accepted; or (d) technical malfunction has affected the integrity of the game or betting market. Where bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account Balance.
Sports betting markets on digi28 cover events including the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC and MMA, badminton, NBA, Formula 1, and others. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. In-play (live) betting odds update in real time based on match events and are subject to suspension at any time without notice.
All casino and live dealer game outcomes on digi28 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and real-time streaming. digi28 does not manipulate outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are available upon request.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions issued by digi28 are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms shall prevail. digi28 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) will be stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a RM100 welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires the Player to generate RM3,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
digi28 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage wagering specifically targeting bonuses, collusion between accounts, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, digi28 reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, close the affected Account(s), and forfeit any outstanding Balance.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount a Player may withdraw from winnings derived from bonus funds is five times (5x) the original bonus amount. Any winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the Account Balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
Players must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the digi28 Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
All content on the digi28 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game content, graphics, logos, text, and brand assets — is the property of digi28 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The digi28 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Company.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, publish, sublicence, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from digi28.
digi28 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through the Account settings at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, digi28, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.
digi28's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their digi28 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
digi28 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to the Platform.
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting digi28 Support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled and all active bonus conditions must be addressed. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.
digi28 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) regulatory or compliance obligations require Account closure; or (d) the Account has been inactive for an extended period subject to the dormant account policy.
Upon Account termination, all pending bets placed prior to termination will be settled according to standard rules. Where termination is due to Player misconduct or Terms violation, digi28 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the entire Account Balance, including any winnings, pending further review. Where the Account is closed for other reasons, remaining real-money funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which digi28 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between digi28 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through digi28's internal dispute resolution process by contacting Support.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution body designated by digi28's licensing authority. digi28 will provide relevant licensing and regulatory contact information upon Player request.
Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
digi28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, digi28 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or through an in-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the digi28 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact Support to close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

Your deposited funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from digi28's operational capital. Your money is protected regardless of the Company's financial position.
